Once a G-Train bootcamper too, Michaella fell in love with the support, benefit, social outlet and fun that boot camp provided her. Michaella helps ensure that everyone feels the same way she did when participating in bootcamp and is always ready to bring the fun and energy level up!

With a passion for staying fit and healthy, Steph joined the G-Train team to share her love for fitness, people and to challenge other Bootcampers and helping them realise their fitness abilities! Steph loves starting her day with a run around Lake Burley Griffin or smashing out some Parliament House hill sprints!
When she's not around you'll catch her in the hair salon sharing her passion for making people feel great about themselves!
FAVE EXERCISE: A tie between sprints and ab work. You won't catch her doing upper body, ask her why!
